AAFiber TV Service - Terms of Service

1. Service Description

AAFiber, in association with KIWISAT, provides:

Linear television, on-demand streaming, and related content.

Set-top boxes, streaming devices, or other required hardware.

Bundles

TV may be offered as standalone or bundled with internet services.

Content Access

Availability of channels, programs, and features may vary by market.

2. Eligibility

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be a legal resident of the United States.
Must provide accurate, complete, and current information for service registration.

3. Account Registration & Security

Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
Account activity is the responsibility of the subscriber, including all TV access and streaming usage.

4. Billing & Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly, in advance, unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, ACH/electronic transfer, or other approved methods.
Taxes, regulatory fees, and other charges are the subscriber's responsibility.
Late payments may result in service suspension.
For billing disputes, contact AAFiber within 30 days of the statement date.

5. Equipment

All equipment provided remains the property of AAFiber or KIWISAT.
Equipment must be returned upon service termination.
Lost or damaged equipment may result in replacement fees.
Installation may require access to your home or premises.

6. Service Limitations

TV Services are provided "as is" and may be subject to outages, interruptions, or technical issues.
Channel lineups, program schedules, and content may change without notice.
AAFiber is not responsible for third-party content or applications accessed through the service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TV Services only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes:

No unauthorized copying, redistribution, or public exhibition of content.
No interference with AAFiber equipment or network.
No use of the service for illegal purposes.

AAFiber may suspend or terminate service for violations of acceptable use.

8. Privacy & Data

TV Services are subject to AAFiber's Privacy Policy.
Data may include viewing habits, device information, and subscription preferences.
AAFiber does not sell your personal information.

9. Termination

You may terminate service at any time by providing notice to AAFiber.
AAFiber may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, breach of Terms, or legal requirements.
Termination does not relieve the subscriber of outstanding fees.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAFiber is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Service interruptions, delays, or errors.
Loss of content, data, or other damages arising from use of TV Services.

11. Indemnification

Subscribers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AAFiber, KIWISAT, and their affiliates from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of TV Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

AAFiber may modify these Terms, features, or content offerings at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email, website, or billing statements. Continued use of TV Services constitutes acceptance of modifications.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
