Residential Internet Service Agreement

1. Service Description

AAFiber provides residential fiber-optic internet and managed Wi-Fi services, including:

Optional Services: Pay TV via KIWISAT or other affiliated offerings.

2. Eligibility

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a legal resident of the United States.
• Must provide accurate, complete, and current information for service registration.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify AAFiber immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Billing & Payment

• See Payment Terms & Conditions for additional information.
• Monthly service fees are due in advance.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, ACH/electronic bank transfer, or other approved methods.
• Taxes, regulatory fees, and other charges are your responsibility.
• Late payments may incur fees or result in service suspension.
• Refer to our Payment Terms & Conditions for complete billing and payment policies.

5. Service Activation & Maintenance

• Services may be activated immediately upon installation.
• AAFiber may perform routine maintenance, upgrades, or other activities to maintain network performance.
• Planned outages will be communicated when feasible.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use AAFiber services only for lawful purposes:

• No illegal activity, including copyright infringement, fraud, or harassment.
• No unauthorized access or interference with AAFiber's network or other users.
• No excessive bandwidth use that impacts other users.

7. Equipment

• Equipment provided by AAFiber remains the property of AAFiber.
• Equipment must be returned upon service termination.
• Damaged or unreturned equipment may result in replacement fees.

8. Privacy & Data

• Your use of AAFiber services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
• AAFiber collects, uses, and protects data according to federal and state laws.
• We do not sell your personal information.

9. Service Limitations

• AAFiber does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Actual speeds and performance may vary based on network, location, equipment, and other factors.
• AAFiber is not liable for third-party content, devices, or applications.

10. Termination

• You may terminate services at any time by providing notice to AAFiber.
• AAFiber may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or legal obligations.
• Termination does not relieve you of outstanding fees or obligations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAFiber is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Service interruptions, delays, or errors.
• Loss of data, profits, or other damages arising from use of the service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AAFiber, its affiliates, and employees from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications

AAFiber may modify these Terms or service plans at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email, billing statements, or our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modifications.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
