General Residential Terms and Conditions

1. Service Description

AAFiber provides residential fiber-optic internet, managed Wi-Fi, and pay TV services. Service speeds, availability, and features may vary by location.

• Internet Speeds: 100 Mbps – 10,000 Mbps download/upload.
• Equipment: Pre-installed Wi-Fi 6 router included; no extra hardware cost.
• No Usage Caps: Unlimited data with no throttling or overage charges.
• Bundling: Optional; no requirement to bundle services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to subscribe to our residential services.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You are responsible for keeping information up-to-date at all times to avoid service interruptions.

4. Payment and Billing

• Service fees are billed monthly unless otherwise specified.
• Payments must be made using an approved payment method.
• Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
• Taxes, fees, and other charges are the customer's responsibility.

5. Service Activation and Maintenance

• Services may be activated immediately upon installation.
• AAFiber may perform maintenance, upgrades, or other activities necessary to operate the network.
• We will provide notice of planned outages when feasible.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AAFiber services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Illegal activities, including copyright infringement, fraud, or harassment.
• Unauthorized access or interference with our network or other users' devices.
• Excessive network use that negatively impacts other users.

AAFiber reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for violations of acceptable use.

7. Equipment

• Any AAFiber-provided equipment remains the property of AAFiber.
• Equipment must be returned upon service termination.
• Damaged or lost equipment may result in replacement fees.

8. Privacy and Data Usage

Use of AAFiber services is subject to our Privacy Policy. AAFiber collects, uses, and protects data in accordance with federal and state laws.

9. Service Limitations

• AAFiber does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Speeds and performance may vary due to network congestion, location, or technical factors.
• AAFiber is not liable for third-party content, devices, or applications.

10. Termination

• You may terminate service at any time by providing notice to AAFiber.
• AAFiber may terminate or suspend service for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or legal obligations.
• Upon termination, all fees due until the termination date are payable.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAFiber is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Service interruptions, delays, or errors.
• Loss of data, profits, or other damages arising from use of the service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AAFiber, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications

AAFiber may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website, email, or billing statements. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
